Remote Login Software for ETTE Clients

We encourage our clients to signup with LogmeIn.com to allow us to maintain there machines remotely. By using this software both ETTE and our clients are able to work from anywhere. It allows us to respond very quickly to client needs, usually within 5 minutes of a phone call or trouble ticket submission.

Feel free to signup for a free account with logmein. Please note that in order for ETTE to do it's work, we would need you to purchase a license for IT Reach. It's the higher end version of the free logmein.
