  • Run and address issues recognized by Exchange Best Practices Analyzer
  • Address issues recognized by Microsoft Baseline Security Analyzer (MBSA)
  • Defrag hard drives
  • Manually review the event logs for recurring issues
  • Provide online helpdesk and telephone support
