Automated Online Backup Service

We have found one issue that all of our clients have faced at one point or another is data backup. Each client may differ in the amount of space they need (e.g. 2GB or 60GB) or the type of data they need backed up (e.g. spreadsheets, word documents, AV files). However, each client agrees their data is critical.

We have researched many different solutions and found one that actually addressed the needs of all of our clients. The solution came from Mozy. They are primarily known for their consumer oriented product which allows for unlimited backups for a fixed price. This product is geared towards home users. The product we recommend and use for our clients is the business version known as Mozy Pro. It offers support for businesses with options not offered in the consumer version like supporting server operating systems and backing up Exchange data stores.

We recommend and provide this service to our clients by managing the configuration and initial setup for them. By having us handle the backups using Mozy Pro our clients can rest assured they are being backed up and we simply add the service's cost to our clients monthly maintenance agreement.
