Price: $15/month
ETTE will automatically:
- Provide 24/7 system monitoring (hourly)
- Review critical events
- Enterprise Anti-virus Software
- Update 3rd party software
- Check disk space utilization
- Ensure active Internet connection
- Check for attempted password hacking
- Perform disk defragmentation
- Remove temporary files
- Clear event logs
- Remove malicious spyware
- Discounts to purchase a new DELL system
Can I get this service for my business?
No. This service and price point is reserved for home users. Our business offering provides live technician support.
How does the 24/7 monitoring work?
An ETTE technician installs a small program on your computer. This enables us to monitor the health of your computer system on an hourly basis. We will also automatically configure maintenance scripts to ensure a speedy system.
What happens when an issue is detected?
In the event the program detects an error, a notification will be sent to your email. If the error requires technical assistance, contact ETTE to speak with a technician. Technical assistance is not included with your LDMP, but a discounted rate is available.
What is the discounted rate?
Normal Rate: $120/hour
Discounted Rate: $80/hour
Total Discount: 33.3%
The discounted price on technical assistance is only made available to clients enrolled in the LDMP.
Are the prices the same if you have more than one computer system?
No. The fee actually drops by 50% per computer. That means you only pay $7.50 per system. For example, if you had 3 systems in your household you would only pay $22.50/month.
SERVICE DETAILS
Lightweight Desktop Maintenance Package does not include live, technical support by an ETTE technician—it is designed to be fully automated.
You will receive the discounted rate of $80/hour (regular rate is $120/hour) for tech support as a LDMP client.
You are required to pay for your LDMP through Visa or Mastercard and agree to have the $15 maintenance fee paid automatically each month.
