If you have an urgent matter, please state so. Please keep in mind that submitting a ticket and marking it as urgent may incur a surcharge to your normal fee. We encourage clients to call us if you are having an emergency.
An IT emergency can be thought of as:
- * Internet connection dropping
- * Server going offline
- * Power Outage
1 - A surcharge may be added to your normal fee if the request is submitted as urgent or needs to be worked on outside of our regular office hours (9am - 6pm).
